I graduated by the Skin in my teeth.
There was this old gentleman that used to hustle high school credits in my part of town and he will hook up everybody.

When I was going to his little one room school and he had pictures with Louis Farrakhan and all these other famous people. Nigggas was gambling outside of little one room school too. Live shyt.

This one Niggga I know was in the 10th grade for like the 4th time. He slid homey like $1500 and got a diploma in two months. No coursework either.

Damn those were the good old days.

I pretty much treated high school like a hang-out and fashion show.

Still graduated with a B average.... barely studied and only did homework in the morning.

I dropped out in my sophomore year. My school was a warzone. I always look back at the decision as my watershed moment. At 16 Job Corp(GED), 17 Air Force…. fast forward to today. I’m a C level employee in IT.

No regrets I’m very proud that I made a way. Just enrolled my son in private school for his sophomore year He just turned 15 which is about the same timeframe I started my journey. Life is so crazy

Dropped at 16, I had like only 6-8 credits. Got my ged and got accepted to college from my get.

Showing up on college campus my best friend went to and he completed all 4 years didn't sit well with him lol.

I did alot of self study with those big ass GED books and took a math prep class for basic algebra.
