Did anyone play that Shenmue game way back in the day on the GameCast?

Had it for the Dreamcast and only really bought the OG Xbox for Shenmue II as well, lol. Dope as game I hated how they left you hanging in Shenmue II and then to never to come out with another game again.

I always felt they should of incorporated some of the characters from Shenmue into Virtua Fighter or make a fighting game straight up with the characters since they didn't want to make full fledged 3rd game for the fans.

i was completely immersed with both shenmue's.

my anger is mostly gone now after the fukkin' cliffhanger's, but every time someone brings it up and i start to think about it, i can slowly feel the anger coming back.

That shyt is a travesty of epic proportions breh. It had that ending in Shenmue 2 with Lan Di on the chopper and was waiting for the 3rd one to come out but they aren't. Didn't they say it took some insane amount of money to make Shenume I forgot how much but it was a crazy amount and the 3nd Shenmue didn't sell that well IIRC. But, there was an independent fan fundraiser the raised like 3 million dollars to make Shenmue 3: Steve Lycett wants Shenmue 3 funded by Kickstarter | TSSZ News
But, I highly doubt comes out though

Yea there yo go. I remember that, but even with all the fan support, I doubt the 3rd one comes out. I'm like 50 million, fukk I can see why they don't wanna do another because they didn't get there money back on there investment due to the poor sales of the 2nd Shenmue, but fukk they should still try finishing it or telling people the ending or something. After the 2nd Shenmue, the whole week I was thinking mann what was gonna happen in the next game and couldn't wait to but it, but it ain't happen and won't ever

No joke, but that Shenmue game was one of the illest games I have ever played. The shyt was practically a movie and you get to play too at the same time. It was a Japenese based game, but the graphics, storyline, the gameplay, and almost everything about the game was fukking dope.

This game was ahead of its time. The game on the Dreamcast looks like a modern day game, but this game came out during 1999-2000. What do yall think about it and if you have played it, what do you think about it? This was the first game no joke that blew me away (NH) with there graphics, gameplay, storyline, etc. Too fukking bad they stopped making the game after Shenmue 2 and stopped the production of Shenume 3.

If I were you go for it. The game was ahead of its time. The graphics and the gameplay is dope. Luckily for me, I beat both Shenmue 1 and 2 multiple times and just beat Shenmue 2 about 3-4 months ago, but now it pains me to play it cuhz I ain't every gonna get to play the 3rd game and know what happened at the end
