One of the last few games that gave me that "awe" feeling when playing it. It's hard to get that feeling of masterpiece, at least with recent games. Xenoblade might be an exception.

I think it is still the most expensive game ever created.

My fav shenmue jam of all time. nikkas I know will tell you I ride to this shyt on certain nights like its nothin. This sum playa ass G shyt, young boys dont know shyt bout this kind of number.








Even though Guilin was anti-climatic as far as having shyt to do, it just might be the most beautiful setting in any game ever. I ran back through Shenmue II on the 360 a few years back for the first time since it dropped and man that shyt had a nikka so immensered...

This thread has put me in absolute tears breh!!!

This was my game, I literally worshipped the shyt out of both games and copped an Xbox mainly to play Shenmue II

I sold my Dreamcast but I kept Shenmue II and still go through it on 360 every year or so.

It's good to see there's so many nikkas on here who had the opportunity to experience this masterpiece. Every 6 months or so since the 2nd one dropped I've tried to Google if any new info has popped up on the 3rd game but it's a waste because it's never gonna happen

I hope this thread lives on and never dies so we can all randomly post memories of one of the GOAT games that most people never knew about

I'm very disappointed at Shenmue 2 ending, that was bullsh!t and you never get chance to fight against the boss who killed your father.

I hate when people bring things like that up though. NOTHING can get you hyped like the actual game.
