This dude was garbage
Of course they did
G-Unit stans are delusional lol
Id say his album came and the titanic sank then 50 started recruiting mop mase mobb deep then Game started his verbal assault
By the time he came out, they lost their luster and were on their descent.
I was a huge G Unit stan back then.
I always thought he had some hot verses here and there but he clearly was the weakest link in G Unit. I copped all of the G Unit members debut album except for Yayo's. Till this day I never heard Yayo's album in full, only the singles.
I know you don't love me and we don't give a fukk about you are dope records, but they are pretty much posse cuts
And man the song in OP didn't age well at all, I kinda liked that song as a kid, but now its
HERE WE GO NOW
Now they act like he fukking wit dmx. Thecoli
Yayo was dope pre jail then got lazy
He had moments, but uhhh, nah. I bought EVERYTHING that came out around then, never even considered 'Thoughts'
He had some good moments but he wasn’t my favorites as far as the rest of the group goes.
Album was way better than people give credit but y’all ain’t hearing me
But his shirt went platinum
He wasn’t as trash as people make him out to be, but 50, Banks, Buck, and Game (if you want to include him) were all on higher tiers above him in quality of music.
I still don’t know why they made “Curious” a single or even a song. No one wants to hear those types of songs from Tony Yayo. Should’ve just stuck to street stuff.
He had some enjoyable verses on their old 2002 mixtape run. Not much else.
Pimpin is a great song.
and actually, those early G-Unit tapes Yayo was good. I'll recite his verse on I Smell p*ssy on the spot.
Far from true
