No silva didn't throw the fight. He simply didn't care he needed to get hit to get his motor started. UFC marketing is pretty shtty when it comes to bringing stars to light. Look at their ultimate fighter show. No one outside of the hardcore fan can name the last person who won and the the show is on spike.
