I thought it was a work. :leostare:
man the way he reacted after Seth threw him into the turnbuckle that second time. like it looked like he was supposed to fire back out with the Sting muscle pose and some clotheslines but his knees buckled. that was too awkward the way they stopped the match and had the doctor get in the ring

I was laughing when it happened, but I actually feel bad for the old guy. By all accounts he's a good person and he has never been a egotistical a$$hole and put people over. I feel bad watching that gif in OP. He just wants to entertain the people.

I know right, I don't understand the hate he gets here

Sting could have easily did the Dwayne Johnson smoke and mirrors special. He got everything he could out of his 56 year old body and deserves credit for it. He has no business being in the ring anymore though. Nor does anyone over 50
Tune in for the next PPV, where our other 50+ year old active wrestler is in a goddamn Hell in a Cell match with Brock Lesnar.

As noted, Sting suffered what was believed to be a significant injury during the main event of last night's WWE Night of Champions pay-per-view. Apparently the injury came when he took the buckle bomb from WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins.

Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio provided an update and speculated that the neck injury could be a career injury. It was noted that Sting hurt his neck and that it's a pretty significant injury. Meltzer said, "It was serious and to his neck."

We'll keep you updated on any more information that becomes available.

It's like none of these guys know how to put on a match anymore without high spots.

Bryan comes back from neck surgery and he does all this crazy shyt he has no business doing. sting is 75 years old and he's out there doing suicide dives and taking crazy bumps.

No one can get a reaction anymore just having an actual match with a story. It's like a mandate now that you have to be willing to do over the top shyt.

I don't dislike him, just his stupid ass fans expecting someone who was hot in 1990 to be able to be good today and not lose
why are you mad at fans for liking their childhood favorite? are we supposed to be like without seeing him try say oh because you old you cant put on a decent match? and his HHH match and last night was about what I expected of him, he aint look as bad as some are making it, put it this way I bet all the people that are saying he was terrible never thought he had a shot of putting on a decent match.

Seth coulda pulled out some real life heel fukkery if before Sheam music hit he started leaving w the belt, got close to some booing fans in the front row and hit em with that "I agree...I agree :yeshrug:"
