As a software developer it seems like this would be easy to circumvent:
1. Identify frames with the ID.
2. Remove them.
3. Stream the others.

1 isn't even that hard. OCR is pretty advanced already. If you bolster it with some refined AI to catch distorted/rotated characters it's game over.

If software can be developed to put an image at a random location then it can identify an image at a random location.

I don’t see this stopping anything other than slowing short term if anything.
