Did they Nerf Bronkaid? (ECA Stack)

A few years back I used Bronkaid and caffeine pills and I was shredded within months. That was honestly the best shape of my life. Now when I use Bronkaid I’ve noticed it just isn’t hitting the way it did before. Where are y’all getting your ephedrine now?
