Like the other brehs have said, the manager wasn’t wrong but he could have handled that with a little more finesse.
A lot of restaurants and places of the such do not even want you to use their restrooms and park in their parking lot unless you are customer.
You start letting too much of that shyt slide and you got all kinds of riff raff in and out of there and it runs down your establishment and more importantly runs away your actual paying customers.

It seems like a business with slow order flow and it’s not really an abundantly staffed operation. Maybe one of the cheaper franchise fees
The operation as a whole is at fault that’s a top down responsibility to ensure management is especially trained in how to deescalate situations and also how to focus on positive customer experience

Literally had a situation recently where I go to a park with my wife and kids. Hop on the tennis courts with my oldest to practice with her and my wife. Entire court is empty of course... then out of no where this little kid (couldn't of been older than 4 years old) just casually walks over from the playground and starts taking my tennis balls out of my basket. I'm fake smilin' at the kid like, ha, now move along there buddy.
Then I see his pops walking over towards the courts, surely he's coming to get his fukking kid out of the middle of the court right? Nah, he sits tf down on the bench right next to the courts and starts scrolling on his phone
My wife and I are looking at each other like, "Is this nikka going to get his kid or nah". Ended up telling him to just go fetch the balls all over the court so he would get tf out the way.
Off topic, but I say that all to say, people just rude as fukk and can really be oblivious to how funny they acting.

The ice isn't clean in most fast food establishments, the machines are full of mold on the inside, they never get cleaned. This means she a dirty bytch. Prob got a std and empty food containers in her furniture less apartment. Horrible hygiene and a sink full of dirty dishes

While I think the manager was overracting. It is usually common courtesy at minimum to ask the employee/manager if they can get some ice from the machine and I have personally seen many people ask for ice or water and help them selves to soda hell many places are taking out soda machines for that reason.
What the manager should said was ma'am next time if you need ice ask or you can't do that next time you will need to pay for a small drink.
The issue is that she didn't have the decency to ask and let's be reality she would have not even tried that with a white manager.
Black managers in any company are in precarious positions because there aren't that many.
