We're not talking about a Google job interview here. It's fukkin Arby's Way back in my bullshyt job days I watched many a black man walk in dressed for church to interview for a job unloading trucks while cacs and Hispanics interview in jeans and a T-shirt

Now I know why black men feel trapped in this position to where they feel like they have to dress like a lawyer to interview for McDonald's, but that doesn't make it any less silly
