Did Vince really rip Diesel ringside after a PPV back in 95?

I remember reading an observer or some blog that Vince went apeshyt on Nash after he laid another stinker against either Bulldog/Mabel/Sid in the main event of an IYH back in 95. I just remember it said that Vince threw his headset down after the crowd boo'd the ending and cussed him out right at ringside. Anyone know anymore info on this or if its even true?

It was IYH 4 right after the Diesel/Bulldog match with Bret commentating at ringside.

From what I remember he didn't rip Diesel, he was more pissed at how the entire show went. He actually threw his headset off and yelled out "horrible!" right after the show ended. And looking at the card I don't blame him :yeshrug:

In Your House 4 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

:dafuk: He had Yoko and Mabel(both obese heels) wrestle in a PPV? It seemed like Nash didnt wrestle anyone outside of Bulldog after WM 11. What did Vince expect?

I said it before and I'll say it again.....1995 was probably the WORST year for WWE

Look at how they started Wrestlemania that year :snoop:.....focused more on the celebrity guest stars than the actual wrestlers and matches

Bret with Salt & Pepa was probably the best part of the show

Yep, in hindsight they should have let Shawn go over. I'm not sure why he lost when he was so hot at the time coming off the win at the Rumble, and it's not like Diesel was drawing or having good matches either.

I remember Sid debuted literally a couple weeks before WM. Him and Shawn had a lot more mileage together as a team, but they scrapped it immediately :mindblown:
