I don't know how "Black people" on this site can read stories like what OP posted and still be like "You damn Militants ". I'm not on some "Kill all White people" steeze, but stories like this put an ANGER in me. They just light a fire under me. What makes me even angrier is the way those Black folks who complained about the racially charged murders, were being ignored by local and national media. Meanwhile the national media were making poor Black NO residents out to be monsters. Some White people can be so wicked man.....

It's unfortunate that there are some Black people who think racial matters aren't that big of a factor anymore. They don't understand how deep the hatred for Black folks runs. Just because some of them aren't overtly racist doesn't mean they love Black people. If worst comes to worst, that White co-worker/friend/neighbor/girlfriend is not sticking up for you. Can't educate or save everybody though.

This is exactly what would happen if society were to collapse tomorrow. We should have used Katrina as a learning lesson. The truth is that we are sitting ducks in this country and under the perfect circumstances we could easily be targeted on a much larger scale. When society collapses there will be no police or government intervention that will "save" us. We better wake up and get our community in order before that day comes

Craziest thing I remember was the cops leaving dudes handcuffed in local jails as they flooded, when the families went to go look for them weeks later, the cops said that they had escaped. Families never saw there loved ones again
