Further, I see this being said a lot on here and no one can give an example of the kinds of specific policy you were looking for from him. I've seen some suggest using an executive order for reparations, but that's not possible. The Obama White House renewed and put into place many protections for minority businesses. He also used his Justice Department in unprecedented ways - from actually investigating corrupt police departments - to sentencing reform. Also, civil rights for gays (you're ignoring LGBTQ black men and women who this benefits too) in no way encroached upon our rights. And you can thank the SC for gay marriage being legal nationwide.
