People love drama and throwing big names in the mix. Because this is "entertainment" for them.

Puff ain't have sh*t to do with none of that. He's not gonna put a contract out on a dude because he got dissed on records. Last thing Puff is, is a street dude. He's not affiliated with anything other than music and shady record deals. So the chances of that even being close to happening, are damn near zero. But people want to sensationalize the same East/West narrative because that makes for a cooler story for the losers.

The truth of what really happened is too boring for people. They need to make up sh*t to make it more dramatic. Dudes need to stop sitting and discussing all this sh*t with AOD and Vlad. Whatever they're paying isn't worth what comes with it.

I think it's a good example of a new era using modern disinformation/bullshyt to muddy shyt most of us learned decades ago. We already know who killed Pac. We already know he was a crip. We already know Biggie and Bad Boy were rolling with crips, but that Pac was killed for a retaliatory reason that had no direct connection to Bad Boy. You get involved in gang shyt - like stomping out a gang member in a public place - you're gonna get dealt with on gang terms.

Last night I saw a viral Tiktok video claiming Diddy had something to do with the deaths of Heavy D, Andre Harrell and the other Uptown Records people who have passed away. These weirdos obsess over celebrities and then start making the most unhinged conspiracy videos imaginable, either to defend or attack someone.

Edit: that question was answered in the first second of the video

I would believe this if Biggie and Puff weren’t bragging about it on Life After Death. Too much smoke is pointing in their direction. “Your jewelry you can keep it.. that’ll be our little secret.” Was in reference to the bounty.

I think everyone can agree Pac got himself killed by beating up Orlando. But it was already in motion.

He's not gonna put a contract out on a dude because he got dissed on records.

He ain't just get dissed on record though. Before Pac and Big even got involved the beef between Bad Boy and Death Row had moved from music industry disagreements to street shyt and blood shed. It was never just rap beef.

You might put contracts on people you're scared of. People who actually run up on you, have you jumping off balconies, people who hem your family up and try to beat information out of them for your whearabouts.

Puff is affiliated with plenty more than shady record deals.

- Father is Melvin Combs who ran with Frank Lucas, Nicky Barnes
- Played football and been friends with Gambino Capo Andrew Campos since the 1980's
- His friend and main bodyguard, Anthony "Wolf" Jones, who allegedly killed Big Jake Robels and later killed in a shootout with BMF
- Jimmy Henchman
- Eric "Zip" Martin

I could go on. That don't make him tough or anythng, but this notion that he's just some unassuming record exec with no ties to street shyt is patently false. As is the root of all of this being "dissed on a record".

People died behind this beef before any records were made.
