Was just constipated for almost a week :mjcry:


What are some things to help me go on the regular..I already try to eat alot of oats and veggies but how can I get the required 30+ grams of fiber daily?

Not that hard. You have to have a fiber rich diet and drink lots of water.

fiber naturally cleans your colon which will make digesting easy.


Tip?
Always have a side of something that is rich in fiber when eating meat. Will help you digest that fast as well

And for the record a lot of Americans would be much healthier if they were pro fiber as much as they are pro protein
Word I know no way most people are getting the minimum amount needed of fiber.

I damn sure ain't. But I try to eat oatmeal everytime I eat a breakfast and as much veggies as I can. But shyt I seen brocolli doesn't have that much fiber as I thought

Oatmeal breh and not that instant oats with banana strawberry flavor packs.

If you ain’t trying to eat it, throw the dry oats in a blender with milk, chocolate protein powder, chia seeds and a spoon of natural peanut butter.

I religiously eat oatmeal every weekday morning. I add walnuts and honey to it as well.
