I'm working on a fake magazine spread for school, and thought it would be cool to vectorize this image I love so much:

The theme I'm going for is "Children of American Crime" which is basically a fake interview with myself (lol) about the novel I'm currently writing: about a group of suburban teens going on a murder spree. A black girl is one of my main characters, hence I came up with this:

What style should I render it? I've thought of emulating GTA:

The grime edits are too easy lol, I only been doin it for 2 days, now I'm finessin kids... You don't even need any visualizer pen or anything you can jus cook with the mouse.
