His first two years in the league he was solid from the 3 point line, elite from the midrange, and below average near the rim.

This year is an anomaly as he's playing much different than his skill set dictates.

Not very hard to grasp what's going on. 4th option on Cavs to 4th option on the Thunder.

Continue the hate tho. All these threads will be bumped when he gets in the right situation. Then I will laugh as you call me a troll for rubbing shyt in your face.

The fukking irony in this post.. Especially the bold, Jesus Christ.

The right situation

I anticipate the Shuangchun Sea Dragons will sign him and he'll average 28 ppg and we'll get a thread by @Eye Cue 182 telling us how we were all wrong about him.

We're lucky Lebron is from Akron and got drafted by the Cavs I'm aware of that.

It only seems like everyone is piling on Waiters because you've been blowing him up in your mind into something he's not and will never be. Why do you think 3 separate coaches moved his ass to the bench? He can't even hope to be half as good as Lou Williams.
4 different coaches if you count Boeheim.

Right, it goes all the way back to Syracuse. Players can grow and become better but 6th man is his identity. He's not the kind of player to let the game come to him, his value is in being aggressive off the bench. Bench level talent with a starter's mentality.

he can make good money doing that too, but his ego is too big.

Like so many ball players Waiters was a great college level basketball player. Other than that he's Tyron Lue level backup potential...and I'd take a Mo Williams over him any day.:manny:.

He's inconsistent on O and weak on D...right now as an NBA starter he's :trash:
