Yup. Another thing is the Lox has a lot more anthems than we give them credit for. They may not have had the movement, the fashion and been the cool dudes but, they been on songs that are certified rap classics. Money, Power, Respect...Honey…Ride or Die Chick…We Gonna Make It…Benjamin’s…then you add in their solo records like Best of Me, Good Times, Why and it quickly becomes a blowout. I don’t think he did but Styles could also broke out BMF and Locked Up. That’s sh*t everybody knows the words to even if they think they don’t.

It’s wild to think back around 2012 or so when it seemed like a legit Dipset reunion was going to come back and cement themselves and go on a little run. It actually would have been the perfect time for them, ASAP Rocky brought a lot of shine and new, younger, weirdo swag rap fans who were already eating up old Dips music. Then Cam released Ghetto Heaven and man I thought they were gonna go on a run and get back together make some good music for a few years or just be back in the public eye. Because there were a lot of people who really wanted that, it was theirs for the taking, they had that song with A Trak too I think and then all that buzz just went no where! Crazy to think damn near 10 years later..

as good as this was..im not sure itd turn out all that different if it was a straight run back. at the very least jim and juelz would have to be prepared and cam ready from the jump. not saying that isnt possible but im not clamoring for it.

Dipset cool, y’all over reacting

yeah I find this so funny. I have both Kiss and Cam in my top five. I’m glad everyone is giving Kiss his flowers but let’s not act like that was the case before this battle. People would look at me WILD for being a Jadakiss stan.

I’m also a huge Dipset fan and they have enough of a catalog to beat the Lox. All this revisionist history about their music is dumb. They just had a terrible strategy with their playlist. Dipset Anthem had me jumping out of my seat even tho Dipset had lost by then.
