This KG vs Dirk talk reminds me of the state of denial KG fans had when people were starting to say that it was clear Duncan > KG years ago.
.

Nash was playing hurt that series if you remember.
Finley at best was a 2nd tier player.
Juwan Howard![]()
Billups>>>>>>>>>>Van Exel (Billups won ring 2 year later)

Your entire franchise has been struggling to establish themselves for the past 45 years.

Yeah he was so hurt Nash averaged 21 points and 9 assists in 41 minutes per game. Even in the best series Billups had ever had in his life to that point, he was outplayed by Steve Nash. Even in a series where Wally Szczerbiak played well, he got outplayed by Michael Finley, a player who the past TWO seasons prior was an all-star! Not bad for a "2nd tier" player who was only the franchise player of that squad prior to Dirk's ascension while earning $102 Mil. Or Van Exel being one of the best bench players in the league at that time. But sure, for the purposes of making Dirk's situation look dire when it wasn't, let's consider them bums whom Dirk won in spite of
See, this is the bullshyt that always keeps me from staying in these debates for too long. Motherfukkers always wanna forget history or pretend shyt wasn't what it was to favor their point.

The way you put it, the MAVS should have been a 1 seed and the T-Wolves should have been an 8 seed.
You making an excuse for getting sweeped is
shyt even Iverson won 1 game against the Lakers with that Sixers squad.
KG them couldn't even win fukkking 1 game. That's the fukkking point you are missing.
You acting like KG was playing the 2002 Lakers, Kings, or Spurs.
If KG was so great, he would at least willed his team into 1 victory like Iverson.
at this thread. I called Dirk, and he can't believe the bullsh*t the OP is posting. He told me to tell y'all he ain't sh*t on the defensive, don't ever compare him to KG. Not to mention KG also beat Lebron and Kobe in the same season, and that the Thunder were softened up by the Lakers series before playing the Mavs.at this thread.
