Crazy how Iverson got blackballed from the league as soon as he was on the verge of passing a lot of dudes on the all-time scoring list, he would easily been inside the top 10 by now had things not went so wrong personally and professionally those last couple years

AI was a egotistic ballhog who didn't know his role...he blackballed himself.

The Chi (South Side)
this really says a lot given that KG came into the league 3 years before dirk. also, neither player was a big impact their first season.

I'll admit that DIrk's post prime career is better than KG's. But you are letting the present cloud what was actually true. IN their primes, KG was the better player. In their prime, KG was right below TD whereas Dirk was trading places with Chris Webber and Antonio McDyess.

KG is the better all-around player than Dirk. KG is only player I know beside Dennis Rodman can successfully guard all 5 position. Unfortunately, with the skills KG has in the low post, he didn't use skills often to dominate the paint. Fans who have watched KG since he was a rookie are always going to remember him as the player that run from the pressure in the 4th quarter. Dirk always play the game with more heart and fire than KG. I have seen Dirk erased big lead deficit and took over games. You will never get that from Kevin. Dude was notorious for not stepping up as the Man to take over games to lead his team to a glorious victory.

Breh, I've been here since the Heat played the Pacers in the playoff in 2012.. The Coliseum was jumping and nikkas was waiting for Miami to fail:lolbron:.. So, I decided to join the Coli to support the home team and chop it up with the HeatNation.

The Coliseum and The Locker Room are my main spot in the Coli

Nah its not a dumb post lebron wasnt even the third leading scorer on his team in those finals matter of fact he got outscored by jason terry its not the same as malone or shaq lebron averaged 10 points less than his season average

Also, just to add playoff numbers -

Big Germ (128 games)
25.9ppg, 10.3rpg, 2.6apg, 1.1spg, 0.9bpg 46%

KG (131 games)
19.2ppg, 11.1rpg, 3.5apg, 1.4bpg, 1.3spg 47%

You can't use the conference excuse, and you can't even use the "He's played more games" excuse. When the playoffs come into play, Dirk turned into a superstar whereas KG didn't step it up like he did.

The only years in KG's career where he was an elite Playoff performer where 02-04. This was his peak

He put up 24 points 15 rebounds 5.2 assists on 46% shooting.

Dirk at the same time who wasnt at his peak and arguably not in his prime was putting up 26 points 12 rebounds 2 assists 46% shooting.

And Against Kevin Garnett and the Timbwerwolves Dirk averaged 34 ppg 15 rebounds on 52% shooting and 72% three point shooting in leading the Mavs to a sweep over the Wolves.

This is a time where Nikkas are arguing he wasnt "close to KG".

Then dirk from 06-11 was on another level in the Playoffs that KG never really approached
