shytty thing for Bryce is his NIL value is probably 60% less than what it was at the start of the season...So he needs to decide if he wants to stay for the short term money, gambling on whoever the coach will be...or leave to get less money but potentially better development.

From my understanding of Title IX, there was no sex-based discrimination or violence which is what's needed to apply under the law.

The school heard rumors and it may have been an open secret, but there was no need for a title IX investigation because it didn't formally come out until Monday and nothing really applies to that.

I guess it's "misconduct" b/c he was her direct superior...but it a was a consensual relationship (unless she starts acting real grimy-like) so there's no sexual harassment, assault, discrimination, etc. Seems like a bit of a stretch to me.

She complained about stalking and harassing text messages. It doesn't matter when it started.

Maybe the craziest story is she had this one coach who was fukking 5-6 players on her team. Eventually the shyt came out and the coach got fired and the star player had to “step away”. She now plays pro and the coach is coaching somewhere else. And they’re married.

It’s more Title VII than Title IX even though it’s been extended to this context. Given the gender differences and power imbalances one could bring forth a Title IX complaint but that would go nowhere because he was fired the same day she provided evidence so the university acted promptly. I mean I guess you could reach but realistically, her best case would be a Title VII claim and an analogous claim under Michigan law. I don’t think she would win under either given the information we know but it’s also probably not something the university would able to dispose of in a motion to dismiss. But the potential negative publicity is enough to make Michigan settle to make it go away and make her go away. She has a six figure separation/settlement package on the way. That wouldn’t necessarily resolve claims she may file against Sherrone personal for sorts of emotional torts.

scUM hatred aside, this story has to disappear soon for H03 Arbor to move forward with getting another dumba$$ coach to lead their criminal enterprise. Something transpire between Monday and Wednesday for sh1t to blow up between Moore and the girl. Now the school is once again in a bad light because they can't stop engaging in degenerate behavior. One of the slimmy boosters is going to drop a bag to Ms. Slutty to recant the event in order to lower the charges. Mr. Crash Out is going to plead guilty to the lower charges and do treatment/probation for a minute. scUM and his lawyers are going to negotitate for them to slide him some $$$ but no where what he was suppose to get to keep his mouth shut about the other dirty sh1t that goes on over there so he has some cash. No new coach or school would want this noise hanging over a transistion.
