Feel how you will but I honestly think P's strength was that dust.

Prodigy was smoking angeldust heavy from the Imfamous to Hell on Earth and that's when his verses were plugged knee-deep in imagery.

Drugs put your mind in a matrix mindstate where you heart to heart living that shyt. When P was on it, it's like son was directly invoking demons by the name of Belial.

I find it not a mere coincidence when he quit it is when he fell off drastically.

Just my thoughts:manny:

Yeah, artists that were on that drugs created some of the best shyt.

Prodigy peaked on Murda Muzik :lawd:
From Infamy, he's lyrically been :flabbynsick:

But, Albert Einstein sounded like ol' Prodigy was slightly awakening from his comatose state:lupe:

Havoc was so annoying on HOE. P comes on like the prince of demons, Then you got Hav coming on like "rep yours it's all love":beli:

I fast forward that man on any track cause up against P it aint no competition. :camby:
I was banging HOE yesterday and had the opposite reaction. Hav was real nice on this album. Still got outshined by P on every song, but Hav is criminally underrated. I might listen to nothing but HOE this week.

I like P, deep down I think he probably has a good heart but I do think the dude is a bit of a fake thug. The people he hanged round with no, P yes.
Every rapper exaggerates. That should be irrelevant to whether you like the music. Remember, it's entertainment, a performance.

There are at least 5 nikkas in the Wu that were better than prodigy lyrically.
I see where you are coming from with this by limiting it to lyrically, I'm guessing you are thinking GZA, Deck, Ghost, Meth and Rae?

I do like P and Mobb's music, a lot. And within the music I can see artistry but P thinks he's Gotti in real life and pushes his false imagine too hard even away from the music. Not every rapper does what P does at at all.

I agree. I disagree however that he peaked on Hell On Earth, his verses on The Infamous are his peak. Look at Up North Trip, Temperature's Rising, Shook Ones, Give Up the Goods, Survival of the Fittest te only song on Hell On Earth that could match to those tracks lyrically is Frontlines IMO.

P from Juvenile Hell to HNIC was GOAT level, his voice changed and he lost the delivery and it seems like he lost motivation it's been mostly hit and miss since then.

comparing a terrible verse to another terrible verse... makes sense, but you call the terrible verses "one of the greatest" is where you lost me. I am now convinced I am one of the last nikkaz with a brain livin and listenin to rap.

P was on dust? :wtf: I didn't hear him make no reference to that shyt, and in the making of the Infamous interviews P said he smoked weed heavily while Hav would drink a lot of Hennessey in the studio.

Yeah i read it flipping through his book.

Said some dude came to the studio with it. He was a young wild nikka willing to try anything. So he sprinkled it on a blunt and said it was like :krs:
From then on he smoked it every single day for years.

Hell On Earth was written and delivered ZOOTED on dust.

I'm not seeing what P does as being that much worse than what a lot of other rappers do. Can you give some examples? In any event, it should be irrelevant to the music.
