The problem here is that Larrys believed the hype as usual and refused to accept that these specs could not do what mocrosoft promised

I know sony fans can't wait to drop deuces all over this but this is the system you should want to play ALL your multi plat games on now.
Of course you won't and another 399 will be far to much for a "slight upgrade" over the ps4 pro's slight upgade over the ps4.

Scorpio still more powerful than the Pro, and the clear upgrade from the S. Their is no "slight" upgrade when it comes to it, but I knew those mythical specs was going to be duck tales. Is it worth the $499 for a Xbox S+? I'm not sure.

isn't this what they pretty much announced at e3? seems like the final spec is still in the air so there is a possibility that they can get close to 4k, but i doubt it. like others have said, this is just a small upgrade similar to how the ps4 pro was for the ps4.
i think microsoft should just start transitioning to a console/pc hybrid device and focus on first party games. milking old IPs is getting stale for them now since the games aren't that good and BC is refreshing but you have to keep creating to get ppl to commit to xbox.

PS Pros will be 349 with a bundled game more than likely.
I seriously doubt this shyt drops at 399, It's gonna be 499 minimum vs competition from the above. shyt could seriously be DOA at launch after the hardcore Larrybots cop.
I'm trying to remember but was the PS3 initial sales a success? Those prices were fukking nutso when it dropped (paid $600 plus tax for the BC 60GB), and that system still sold out. It was the successor for the PS2 though, while the S are still out now. Games aside, when it comes to a media player, S is the truth. $499 might be a fail for real, with that dropped S price. Microsoft would have to market the system as the Pro.
