Alot of animation is, its just easier to notice now. It doesnt matter what genre either, western or eastern. Reusing a skeleton model is cheaper and it saves time.

IIRC the current lead artist for the DB Super manga got dragged for reusing react panels last year. We only noticed it cuz 80% of the manga was reaction panels at that time.

Then theres that American comic artist Chris something that gets clowned for using real life models for his female characters. Which is weird.....breh has other real problems with his work...
