breh I never cared about producers and didnt really start knowing about popular ones until recently, Directors tend to have been who were historically important/most known. I feel we started caring about Produers when MCU got hot with Fiege.
Remember they said that the original story was that Goku was supposed to be dead and stay dead at the end of the Cell Saga. But the fans were in such an uproar about it the brought him back and put Gohan on jobber status ever since then

Looking back, it makes perfect sense how/why he kept sidelining Goku and subtly back-dooring Gohan into the forefront from the onset of dbz
i.e.
- the head-butt vs Raditz to grab our attention;
- then sidelining/killing off Goku so Gohan could have his training arc with Piccolo,
- sidelining Goku again so Gohan can take center stage in the Namek saga,
- sidelining Goku yet again so Gohan headlines that Garlic Jr filler arc.
- Sidelining again so Gohan is earth’s last great hero in the History of Trunks
- And ofc the eventual swerve in the Cell Games/handing of the baton
I think his unintentional error was he made/kept Goku as too much of a cool big brother figure with all the power fantasy perks for too long, so kids naturally gravitated to him more than Gohan. Hell, sidelining him all the time just made ppl anticipate his return more

Here is an Idea , Dragon Ball is in the middle of a battle between 3 companies for creative control of the franchise step in buy it off and try not to fukk it up. Gen Z is into Streaming ,Video Games and Anime. Start buying off anime studios that are in the middle of financial battles.
Bruh, people have been begging them to move on. It's plenty of other good stories out there that have nothing to do with the Skywalkers they could tell. But Kathleen Kennedy herself came out and said theatrical Star Wars will only focus on the Skywalkers. Which is why she renamed Rey to a Skywalker at the end of the last movie.

1. Disney+ - Disney want Marvel to pump out much content as they can irrespective of quality. So trash like Secret Invasion gets released.
2. Letting LGBT writers and misandrists into the writers/production room - Comic book movies are essentially action movies, people don't watch them to see an emasculated/incompetent male lead action hero.
3. They lost Iron Man, Captain America, Black Panther and The Russos and didn't replace them immediately with the X-MEN and a good director.
