Anyone here downloaded the Dissidia Beta? If so let's make a team. The game is great, it took me awhile to get used to such Gammerstang controls.

Same here I'm only using Squall, with him you need to get the timing right as he's not mid-range or long unless you use his electric projectile.

Yeah im using the dash a lot with him to compensate.
Blocking is a pain in my ass, i need to get better at that.
I’m gonna try lightning next and cloud probably, is there anyone recommended that supossed to be great?

Squall's lighting attack is pretty easy you hold down the analog stick and press X. So far I've only been using Squall but usually, when I'm practicing offline I team up with Firion who seems to fight midrange due to his magic, Kain Highwind is pretty good he can deliver some hard aerial attacks and Cecil Harvey can fight from long to mid-range and he excels in aerial battles. Yo I'll add you on PSN if you want a game.

I've ranked up to Silver B in online, yesterday the last game I played was against two platinum players and a gold rank player surprisingly I won the rounds. I believe the platinum players may have been Japanese players hence why the extreme high ranking or simply the players must have been a nerds bashing all day hence ranking up in a short time, but it's difficult to always win and to rank up that fast I'd say that 'Gold E' is the much reasonable ranking for anyone playing the beta. Also one of those platinum cats had an alternative Firion costume, with alternative coloring.

I tried the beta out today. Game probably isnt for me, Im not a fan of team games like that, plus the game is too wild. But I appreciate the level of polish. I was too dumb to figure out how to use Terra's trance honestly. I did run thru the tutorials and I was able to get it to work in one of them but not during anything else. I do think the game is dope however, just not for me. Its cool they will have a story mode though.

I've been kicking ass with Squall, Tidus, Ace and Garland(Beast) So far so good I'm gonna cop, however, Square needs to sort out that damn lag as the becomes a huge problem and a possibly an advantage for marksmen, also the point system and the team point system needs sorting, and lastly the lock on system needs sorting out for instance if I'm getting attacked from behind the lock on system should automatically lock on the enemy.
