"...Our officers were called by private security guards on a man who was trespassing in a private area. The guards reported that the man had on repeated occasions refused to leave a private "employees only" area in the First National Bank Building..."

Now the brother just needs to get a good Jew lawyer who can bring the bank and the building's owners into the lawsuit. Cops want to claim this crap, and bring the bank into it to cover their ass? Then the bank can decide how much they want to pay, too.

Police chief is half black too. But he was adopted and raised by white parents at a young age.

According to the article, he hasn't sued yet. Too many just let this shyt slide b/c they are worried about attorney costs and the police coming after them if they raise hell.. There really should be a monetary fund setup for these types of instances so more of these crooked police can be held accountable in a court.

You aren't required to have an ID card on your person and you can't be demanded to produce ID when asked unless you under investigation for a crime. And last i checked, sitting in a public place doesn't constitute committing a crime.

But like most white supremacists, i'm sure you feel sitting in a public while black IS INDEED A CRIME, therefore, you feel it appropriate on how this man was unnecessarily accosted. And for that that, that makes you nothing more than racists scum.

Now, why should people do what they're told when what they're told is illegal? That's a great way to lose your life - and black folk have.

Then again, there's a certain segment of the population who honestly believes that all black people are guilty of something, even if it isn't that which they are harassed for.

I wish those gun nuts were at Ferguson. If there was no looting, maybe they would have been. I have no doubt that the cops encouraged the looting, since by all reports they were more concerned with intimidating international journalists with three hour jail stays and no police reports or charges, than with actually stopping the looting. But that's an opinion for another day.
