Exactly. If that was the case all the officers had to do was say that he was in a private area or an employees only area. He even asked them what was wrong with where he was sitting.

And anybody on this just show them your ID shyt is tripping. It's easy to be all calm and reactionary away from it happening. But as it's happening you're heated and wanting to know what the hell you did wrong. If the officer is coming at you and putting you on the defensive in your mind you aren't thinking cooperating with them is going to help matters. After a while you just get tired of "playing the game" and letting them fukk with you like that.

What does his ID even matter in the situation? If he was in an employee only area make him leave. He was walking away and no longer in the so-called problem area so what's the problem.

What's fukked up though is we are seeing these cases of people having this shyt on video and absolutely nothing is done about it. Imagine the cases with no video evidence where it's just my word versus a cop's word. The cop's word is going to prevail damn near everytime. Not to mention all the cases of cops flat out lying about what actually happened. I would love to see the initial police report in the OP's video. Probably says some bullshyt that the black man tried to run or get physical with the cops which lead to them tasing him.

The cave women asked who he was and what was the problem and he then proceeded to explain WHAT WAS GOING ON WHILE LEAVING THE THE fukkING AREA so he was in fact cooperating. Then caveman came up and completely mishandled the whole situation by immediately wanting to arrest him eventhough he had no knowledge of what was going on and refused to even allow the man to explain the situation.

The problem is that the police abuse their power and their isnt enough checks and balances to put an end to this. We need pressure our gov to create some act or some new checks and balances that will not allow police to get a away with this.

I had a cop yank me out of a car and push me face first in to. When out of instinct I pushed back out came his gun. The whole reason he made me get out of the car was because supposedly with the way I was sitting it made it look like I was trying to hide a weapon in my lap. Oh and the whole reason I got pulled over was because I was swerving too much in my own lane. Mind you I was driving a caddy and that shyt took up damn near the whole lane as is and the officer admitted I never crossed the lane barrier.

I had another instance of having an old speeding ticket that I hadn't paid off. The cop pulls me over for having too dark of a tint on my window, sees I have a warrant and proceeds to cuff me. After doing that he was just rough as fukk with me for no reason. I'm a big dude so the cuffs was cutting into my wrists. He throws me in the back seat of the cop car face first at an awkward ass angle that made it seem like my shoulder was gone pop out of socket. And he proceeded to talk to me like dirt the whole way to the police station. Sad part it was a black cop doing all that. And I had never been in trouble in my life and always talked to cops with the utmost respect.
