It is not ok for being treated that way based off of the fact that America hates us. Sure we can give the ID but we shouldn't be jailed for not giving it. You are giving America a pass for holding double standards. I don't disagree but that's why you gotta pick your battles. He obviously wasn't trying to get down and dirty, plus he was about to pick up his son. He should have attempted to let the situation play out as calmly as possible, gave some ID, asked if he wqs under arrest and if not keep it moving. You not winning a battle with the police in these kind of predicaments.

They're taught to completely DOMINATE any situation they're in. Standard for any perceived position of authority. You can't be backing down and hold a position of authority. That's why there's no talking them down.
At the point of intersection, just shut your mouth, and see them either in court, in front IA, or with your lawyer.
Cops are present at my job and ear hustling their conversations. ..complaints that are followed up on get them in trouble BIG TIME. They may attempt to down play it to us, but it legit has them worried. If you pay attention, many cops are fired.
With all that ssid, it's still fukk pigs.
