the place i work at has a skywalk connected to a bank & convention center and its private property

security and the police ask people to leave all the time(they let anybody walk thru but if you just chilling theyll definitely tell you to KIM)

from what i read somebody came out and asked dude to leave before they called the cops and he refused plus got loud and made a scene

IMO both parties handled the situation wrong.Black dude shouldve just left and the cop didnt have to overreact the way he did
