I mean back when I was young, someone that touched an underage girl would have got messed up and there would be no one defending him.

He is claiming he was 17 at the time. At the end of the day a 4 year age difference isn’t that large of a gap. While I would never consider poking a 13 year old when I was 17, the context of the situation is making seem like it’s much worse than it is since we as a society are heavily against pedophilia. I don’t necessarily consider this circumstance pedophilia because girls can become sexually active and pregnant at age 13. Bad judgement on his part? Probably. Does he deserve to be labeled a sexual deviant and a pedo? Probably not.

I knew of plenty of seniors in high school that were fukking freshman’s. It’s fairly common. If this guy was 22 and she was 18 it would be a non issue. Dude was 17-18 when the situation went down. Millenial males age 17-18 are still little boys mentally. It be one thing if he was 21-30 now fukking a 13 year old. But a 17 year old fukking a 13 year old? I’ve heard of much worse. Kid doesn’t deserve to be demonized for the rest of his career because he made a mistake at age 17. Especially for something that was consensual.

With all that said there was no sexual contact. NYPD woulda threw him on the registry in a second. The actual charges and his story corroborate each other. He posted a vid of a minor in a explicit manner and caught them charges. Sucks he'll have to deal with this forever. Besides it being on the internet forever he should be able to get it expunged in a few with him being a minor himself at the time.
