I don’t think anything will happen to DJ envy. The most that can happen is being fired from the station.

Lesson learned tho. If you aren’t a criminal and operate on good faith and real work I don’t know why you need to team up with anyone especially an ex convict to help others.

Maybe not from a criminal perspective, but from a civil standpoint (where the burden of proof is much lower - a preponderance of evidence aka 50-50) he's done...absolutely done. Especially if Cesar is criminally convicted.
