I don't think he'll get jail time. He'll get sued, lose the radio gig, his rep will be ruined, but even if he's a fool or even if he's a savvy scammer, I think he was smart enough to know what was illegal and what was not.

Envy doesn't seem overly bright, but he knows legal from illegal. He was boasting too much and is in the public eye too much to be overselling the scam like he was to knowingly be doing something illegal.

Feds don’t give you no heads up in anything they are doing.. And no the rumor is not false, the Feds did go to 105.1 and seized all of computers Envy used and whatever other devices he used..
