For all the big names and talent, money involved in production, none of this really works for me. It always feels manufactured and cliched, overdone. This all feels like a reworking of every other Khaled album, and maybe some of this will work for audiences who weren't listening in 2007 or 200, but this is very tired and trite, like the PG-13 version of rap.
I guess I'm older at 33, and so, I recognize the sample on the Meek joint as being from Sigel's 2001 album, which is a classic song, and this doesn't come close to that, and I fukk with Meek, heavy.
The SZA track is probably among the strongest, it sounds inspired and fresh, as opposed to going through the motions.
