I doubt it. Yt cant even detect a famous verse on top of a famous beat if they both play at same time.

It should only be if it’s some obvious sample where it’s just a loop but not if the artist put in the work to really flip it. And also artists who aren’t getting paid like that anyways shouldn’t have to cough up sample clearance escpecially if the shyts flipped to the point where it’s not recognizable for example rza or alchemistno sympathy
