I just read the description and knew it had to be something recent cuz I was just watching an interview of him earlier this month.
Spinna is in my top 10 producers of all time. I'm low-key kinda shocked that he's strapped for cash cuz he stays doing gigs and has a resume alot of DJs and producers would kill for. He's worked with Stevie Wonder for fukks sake. Don't know much about his financial situation but would be surprised if he didn't have healthcare of some sort to brunt the costs.
