I dont really follow that shyt anymore so I could be wrong, but bodybuilders on comp days all dehydrated are at like 3-4 percentz and you got like half the nba at 3% according to measurements when really they prolly at 8-10
was gonna ask about essential fat, but apparently for men it's as low as 2%
i guess he's a tad under it...either way, seems like it'd be safe to at least be around 6-7%
yea, the range said 2-5%, dipping below 5 seems stupid outside of like you said, show days...but i guess he did this for the combineI've heard 5 is essential, I know bodybuilders will go under for a comp but they're very weak physically on competition days and don't stay that low
