I played at 10-12% my years in college as a RB. But I was 5'10 215. We had a LB who was at 3.5% but that was legit. This cac was like white boy in The Program. What people need to realize is the combine is like show day for bodybuilders. People set there measurables up for that specific day so dude probably lost all water weight like a bodybuilder does pre Show. These teams know that tho and know he wont sustain whatever measurables he performs so it is actually going to hurt him a lil.

Nobody can get down to those levels without dehydrating themselves and cutting carbs and water. That's something you do for a bodybuilding show. You can't perform athletically with that low of bodyfat.
And if he is doing that, you gotta wonder what else he is doing. Dude is impressive though.
DK Metcalf is absurdly ripped, but his body fat probably isn’t *that* low
