They both can but they both are out of position at the 1. If you notice they have terrible chemistry on the court and will eventually need 2 be parted.

Both of their chemistry seems to be building with everyone else but each other. Especially on defense. Its kinda puzzling 2 because they have played the most together but the reality of the situation is they both pretty much have the same purpose on the offense which are play making combo guards, the only difference is russell is a better facilitator but if they feel like russell can eventually match the scoring of Clarkson then they have to move him. If not russell will have to change his game to compliment Clarkson
