I've been visiting Dallas and Houston every week since moved from DC early July.
DC women are hell. they're single for a reason.
DC life-style looks awesome, but its a facade. It is wack. Most people are check to check but stunt hard for ig
Hard to find real genuine people. Even most southerners have converted to fake boogie like racc00ns. It's going to be hard for a stone Southerner to adjust. There's a lot of money in DC.

Wards 7 and 8 are both over 90% black. Then next to it inside the beltway PG is also 90% black. Outside the beltway PG is richer safer and it’s more 80 plus percent black
There’s also Charles county (cheaper homes but far) and Montgomery county (much more diverse but one of the best areas for black families )
Of course there’s VA which is dumb expensive but very safe and prosperous in Fairfax and loudon county

Culture - it’s not close. DC culture is nationally known and renowned and has range. My issue with Dallas was it felt segregated. Not necessarily full blow racist but you knew when you walked into the “wrong place”.
Food - honestly Dallas gets the nod here cuz I love Tex mex and barbecue. Fuel city was my shyt on the late night.
Women - it’s close here. Women here look better, Dallas joints way thicker.
Things to do - literally anything you want to do is either in dc or a few hours away. Literally everything. Can’t say the same for Dallas
Cacs gon cac - cowboy hate or business suit. It’s all the same.
