Moneybagg Yo actually sounded good on here, but he has no connection to DMX, the hook was ass, and the beat was awful. The mixing is so bad on here. Again, this should’ve been a Dame Grease instead of Swizz, with his cheap bells and whistles sounding beats. THIS is why Swizz gets so much slander. He has to be one of the worst producers ever that’s considered a legend.

Just started listening from the top.

Never thought I'd say this, but 'Bath Salts' could actually have done with Swizz talking his 'ZONEZONEZONE!!!!:damn:' shyt on the intro given the fact we had Nas, Jay and X on the same track.

It deserved more than a four bar instrumental intro :ld:

Nasir went off though :whoo:

We couldn't get through one fukkin minute on the first track without him talking nonsense.

Can't stand him

This X album is good fukk y'all talking about. He got a lot of bangers up here and you hear different sides of him, only complaint is wish Jay & X verses on Bath Salt was updated but good to hear a cd quality version of the song. Stand out songs are Bath Salt, Walking In The Rain(Nas killed that shyt), Skyscrapers, Hood Blues, Take Control, and Call Your Father. I don't even mind or care that it is featured heavy because X said it would be when he was alive. Overall give it a 4/5 Good job to Swizz on putting this together:salute:. R.I.P DMX:mjcry:

Ok then Mashonda

X had the best verse on bath salts though. Increasing his overall record vs Jay to about 5-1 and I'd say his record vs Nas is 3-1 but its closer to 2-2

X is the goat ad libber.... with that being said something is extremely off about the adlibs on this albums.. no matter how much he fell off ability wise his adlibs always stayed on point. Some of these songs sound like X and others sound like someone else just copied and pasted random adlibs throughout some songs..

I don't think the album was as done as they say it was..

X growling sounds more like a tiger than a dog on some songs lmao

Yeah this is kind of ehhhh.... :snoop:well at least I can say I supported him with this final(?) album

I agree, still purchased but only like 3 4 songs worth a repeat listen. Most of the beats are terrible and sound aged.

RIP X the legacy can't be tarnished though he gave us so many classics:wow:
