Keith has establishment support as well. This makes no sense.

He didn't. You have another great choice as the chair and Keith is the deputy. No one lost.

It became a proxy war once Bernie backed Ellison and Obama said he liked Perez. Our Revolution, Intercept and Jane/Bernie have been trying to discredit Tom since then.
If facts discredit you, :manny:

So what happens if Donald wins again? Are going to keep calling him stupid and dumb with no effect? Come on bruh we need change.

People need to work on the democratic process at the roots and vote. Stop chasing "change". Who knows at this time what it will take to reverse the effects of Trump and his cronies.

You're never going to like every aspect of every candidate.

He's trying to help. He's telling them that they are shyt and if they don't want to keep being shyt they have to change their approach.

Keith has been preaching the same thing.

And guess what, they keep ignoring and doing what they been doing they will lose elections for another generation
No one is ignoring him though. He's yelling about things that don't really apply.
He raised more money than Hillary for down ballot contenders. Stop with the lying.
Uh...This isn't true. He refused to raise money for the DNC/state offices and when Hillary was doing it his campaign lied and said the Clinton camp was money laundering.
The DNC chair is part of the primaries. We need someone impartial and not another clinton lackey. And who cares if Bernie isn't a democrat. It's just a piece of paper, social tolerance and progressive values are what matters.
The DNC chair allowed a member that was not a part of the party to run as a Democrat. Bias as the DNC chair doesn't mean a damn thing because you need votes to win. People are voting. DNC doesn't crown anyone. DNC only set up the debate schedule.

They messed with the schedule to help Hillary. That's the problems right there. That's part of what's in the emails and that's why they were hacked to distract from whats in them.

LMAO this is why Democrats lose. Already wanting to kill each other. The vote is over with. There is a new leader and he choose the guy who came in 2nd as his Deputy. He obviously realizes that he barely won this shyt, and is smart enough to realize that he will have to listen to Ellison/Sanders and their supporters. If you want even greater power in the party, then register a shyt load of voters and show the party that you have influence.

But to start crying and shyt, that does nothing but help Trump and the GOP. The Democratic Party's problems are much greater than who is leading the DNC. Better wisen up!

You sound like a dude who reads Huffington post and thinks he's informed. There is literally no reason for Perez to have this job besides being a person of color and being backed by Obama. Intercept has been trying to discredit Perez? Just say you like the Dem establishment and move on. Perez was put in the race specifically to avoid Ellison. Perez has never won an election in his life. Haim Saban and others went on an assault against Keith calling him an anti semite. It became a proxy war then. As usual, Dems use a scorched earth approach to kill opposition. If there both equally good candidates, why the fukk wouldn't you go with the dude who has support from both tenants of the Dem Party and who would somewhat quell the populist anger? Instead, you put in a guy who is backed by the Clinton wing exclusively and who no one knew before last month. You put in a guy that the majority of the other people running did not endorse as their second choice. You don't put in the guy with 800,000 signatures and endorsements from every major union. You don't put in the guy who helped sAve Minnesota from going red. Nah, you put in Perez who has never done a single thing as a national level organizer. fukk out of here.

Change their approach wrt policy? Organization? Because both Ellison and Perez agree on the same thing wrt organization - return of a Fifty-state strategy. And more health state parties. *see the quote below*

We're dissapointed because the Democratic party is gonna maintain the status quo.
But this isn't true.
Speaking on a conference call with state Democratic Party leaders, Perez said, "Many folks in the field feel ignored by the national party." He added that the DNC has become "way too Washington-centric."

Perez says the 50-state strategy implemented more than a decade ago hasn't been the party's approach in recent years. The party needs to build relationships on the ground in every state, he says, and not just come around every four years looking for votes. And he said that if Democrats ignore rural voters, it will be "at our own peril."

It's like some of you don't know anything about Tom Perez and are just supporting Ellison because he got an endorsement from Bernie Sanders. It's the same with Tulsi Gabbard. I mean, Ellison would have been great if only as a unifying presence, because let's be real, the majority cares more about perception than the reality of both being good choices.
