Do Americans eat beef liver?

yup. Staple in my house growing up as well. I actually liked it a lot too. Haven’t had it in ages tho.

IDK I've never heard much people talk about beef liver at least in my proximity but chicken liver on the other hand 
fried with hot sauce or steamed with rice, onions and gravy.
Funny thing is that growing up I hated the taste of chicken liver but nowadays if cooked and jazzed up right

i used to eat liven and onions as a kid because my grandpa introduced me to them. then i found out what exactly liver was and stopped. i think eating offal was good with old southerners because he loved stuff like sweetbreads
What is offal?

My grandma made it every once in a while. I didn’t eat it much. Tried it once or twice. Meh

Never heard about anybody talking about this. It's common in my country to eat that kinda meat, even though a lot of people don't like it...
