Grew up with in my house. White rice, liver , gravy and onions.
I’m Puerto Rican. I remember eating this all the time as a kid. I remember it being kind of a poor mans dish. We had it with white rice and red beans. I wouldn’t mind having some today actually.yup. Staple in my house growing up as well. I actually liked it a lot too. Haven’t had it in ages tho.





..those type of operations weren’t regulated and would be shut down and prosecuted in today’s times... when those men got too old and had to shut down shop... my Grandma kind of got off cooking liver on a consistent basis because she felt like beef liver had to be cooked within a certain amount of time after the animal was killed...
