You have changed your argument several times. First you said they aren't complaining about being degraded, I told you they are. This is not shocking because all people, women included, don't like being degraded. Now you're asking me why aren't Black women complaining on behalf of non-Black women.

On top of that you have still not answered the question. Why does a Black man need to degrade any woman in his videos? What would you consider Black women telling Black men you have to be a toe tapping sambo that plays into all your negative stereotypes in order to be on the medium I control, and if you refuse I'll exclude you entirely. Would Black men saying there's something wrong with being presented those options be pathetic?
I didn't change shyt. Once again who is forcing these women to be in these videos? If you feel that you are being degraded by being in a Rapper's music video, DON'T GO. It's not that fukking complicated. All this other shyt is stupid.

The fact many non-black women are in rap videos and none complain about oppression by black men as a result is proof your oppression allegation has no backing. Latinas, mixed women, white women, etc have been in rap videos for about a decade now and they have never complained about it en masse. The only one complaining is you and some small minority of feminist bigots. There is no oppression.

So the solution to Black men's negative representation should be the same. Just don't go. But it never is. Its always

"See see the powers that be want to see Black men feminized"
"See there's an agenda to make Black men look like savages"
"Why is the face of rape culture Black men"

Its just another example of what I said in my first post. The issues of everybody else, especially Black women, is always something of their own doing that they can solve themselves. But when it comes to Black male problems, the system has to be overhauled for you. Whatever. Just know more and more people can see right through you. Peace.

there's really no evidence for this. especially considering BW are the first and foremost to remind us that we are powerless.

see how easy that could be flipped and remain a true statement.

Well..of course its easy...its always easy

The hardest thing would be to actually ponder what I said..

Because then you would have to put your ego to the side...

The point is some black men are always claiming they are the leaders of the black community when its time for praise..attention...or admiration

But want to shift the blame to black women..or put leadership on the woman...when its time to address issues or problems

That's characteristic of a person who wants to display a certain image...but doesn't want to actually do any of the hard work....

And the connection is the ego is more important than anything else...

a person with humility knows how important it is to take responsibility ..taking responsibility shows that you care for others...

Yall love reminding black men about how they are so thoroughly dominated in a system of white supremacy

And at the same time blame black men for oppressing black women whom we are also powerless over

Is it oochie wally or is it one mic
:hula:

Black men can not stop a black woman from doing anything even if she chooses to join his enemies and join in the attack

Just being in the same room with a black man even if he is minding his own business and isnt thinking about you makes you feel oppressed that is your problem not mine

If a white man was part of your group and was supposed to be working in concert with you in a co op

But then the white man went around murdering the partners in the co op to eventually take it over completely for himself by the time you figure out its your so called partner its too late

I would call the man sick although he has the resources

But you can keep giving cacs they props and reminding black men how powerless they are while calling them oppresors:coffee:

I'm sorry but your arguments are terrible :mjlol:

name names? who are these black men claiming they are leaders of the BC?

But want to shift the blame to black women..or put leadership on the woman...when its time to address issues or problems

aren't BW the ones claiming that we're unfit to lead and you all make better leaders? this the problem with leadership, you have to also assume responsibility.

oh, ok. i agree taking responsibility is important. so when will BW take responsbility for their share of the problems? :ehh:

You never heard a black man say that ever...well color me surprised..you don't say!

Ohhhhh alright .... now black women are the official leaders of the black community...I see

When it can be of some convenience to your ego in one argument...then its this..

But when it can be of some convenience to your ego in another...then its "black men are so and so"

Ok..I understand...

LOL, the underlined sounds just like a poor white person who would use this exact same example to explain why he/she doesn't have white privilege.

"Describe the socially oppressive relationship between the category that is black men and black woman please."

It is a relationship of dominance and subordination. One in which the dominant group benefits from the systematic abuse of the subordinate group. Similar to how white privilege comes at the expense of black people, male privilege comes at the expense of women. This is why it doesn't matter if you are not rich like Beyonce or Rihanna in the same way that it doesn't matter if a white person isn't as rich as a black person.

Except it's not the same... at all.

And that's the entire point of my line of questioning. To ask you to show me how it is, and you have continously failed to do so by being as vague as possible.

A poor white person is still white. Meaning their word will still be believed over a black person, they will be considered more trustworthy, less dangerous, more levelheaded, etc. And they can use these racial privileges to undermine even the wealthiest of black people.

Look at what happened in the Chris Brown situation. That is white privilege. That is a system driven by whites to oppress even a superstar black celebrity.

I'm just saying I do not believe I have said power over the Beyoncés and Rhiannas of this world solely due to me being a black man.

But it seems this isn't going anywhere. Regardless of what evidence I give you, I cannot disprove a negative.

I'll just say this, I feel sorry for any black woman who is living a life under oppression by black men. :francis:

Nah bold is more female privilege not white privilege. shyt don't know where you at in America where a chick say that shyt popping off and the cops not coming. My boy had a similar thing happen when him and his ex wife was going through their divorce and they made dude leave the house even though it was no proof of any violence when she said my man punched her multiple times in the face.

I agree with you.

But in the court of public opinion and ultimately the actual courts, her race will always play a factor

As big as her gender? No, but a factor nonetheless

Then the same must be true for the oppression Black men face at the hands of white men. God made you the weaker men that white and other men can dominate. If you think that tripe is true, I don't have anything further to say to you. I don't agree with it, but at least your logic is consistent. If you disagree with that, then rethink this whole post you made and try again.

I am the best PartyHeart I can be at this very moment :queen: But I'm always improving and growing. Right now a group of about 10 of us, Black women and our spouses, are all going to try to eat organic only and eliminating processed foods and refined sugar for a quarter. Its just in our small circle, but we want to be healthier and eat cleaner and see how it effects our lives, so we can find a way to get that message to the community in a replicable way.

I think @Knuckles Red has done a good job of giving some brief insights to the privilege Black men have over Black women within the community though. Read through his posts. But if you really want to know and understand, you'll do your own research from there because it leads directly to the oppression we face. That's if you take the Black women's plight seriously and actually care to improve our lives in the ways that you can as a Black man.

OK God bless :smugfavre:
