I think a mac can get a virus ... in theory.

But, I've never gotten a virus on my mac, or had any type of spyware scare. Nothing.

I can get a free copy of norton for mac from my work (updated forever), but I haven't even bothered to do that.

Yes Macs get viruses. You thinking they don't just means you fell for Apple's marketing. Flashback infected about 600k macs earlier this year. And it's not just the OS files that can be exploited. Browsers (safari, chrome, firefox), 3rd party apps (adobe reader), and plugins (flash, java) can all have vulnerable code.

In 2009, Mac was exploited in 10 seconds at the pwn2own competition

In 2011 it happened again at pwn2own
MacBook first to fall at Pwn2Own 2011

And as stated earlier, 600k macs were infected with flashback earlier this year

Unless you have AV installed, you can't say with certainty that you don't have some sort of malware. But hey, keep fukking the internet raw, some Ukrainian goon is gonna be eating good off your bank account

I got this fukking Macbook Pro and dont know how the fukk to use it. I couldnt tell you if it got a virus or not. I dont think I powered it down once. I dont even know where my files are or if this shyt got Word or Excel
