Well some of us have Sprint and listening to music through the cloud is dicey at best. Even if my data is unlimited if my phone goes to 3G i'm facing speeds of half a mbps or slower.

I need to have the actual music on my phone.I have about 17,000 songs on my iPhone and 1500 on my iPod Nano. Because my music is sorted through smart playlist and gets synced to my iPhone, iPad, and iPod Nano that 1500 is my most listened to songs.

I agree, the cloud aint strong enough

No ipod, i use the superior zen. I just bought a new one; 32gb. They're the only mp3 players with legit bookmarks, and phones dont have that.


Plus I dont want to have my music on a phone.

Swapped my music out from an iPod to my 128GB SD card. Everyone done on the phone. Contemplating backing it up to Google just in case.

I still use my ipod classic. has all my music in it, though I still do use spotify thru my phone pretty often. I have and will always be #teamIpod though.

A separate device for music is more convenient than using your smartphone. I can connect an Ipod on a sound dock and get quality sound and don't have to worry about phone call interrupting my listening experience.

I dont talk to anyone aside from family, and my supervisor for work related stuff. So I dont want to have a monthly bill. Plus I dont care to keep up with technology. I have a prepaid minutes plan that's been real good to me. I currently have this phone

how will I stream music when im in other countries that my phone doesn't permit a data allowance? Download offline like Spotify allows.
how would I listen to leaked music? I'll stream it from a site and wait for the official to drop. I did it with Drake's last album/mixtape.
how would I listen to music that isn't on streaming sites? The rare cases such as this is when I'll download.
how would I listen to high quality music like flacc? and even wav?Meh I can't tell the difference anyway.

Streaming is so much more convenient than running around the internet scavenging for download links.
