Good advice from a pretty face and a accent. I usually just keep myself distracted with work, hobbies, my own interests. I put women last on my list. I've noticed that they'll be more receptive and cooperative with you when you're busy with whatever. You can put your bid in but don't be thirsty.
So basically what she's saying is ladies should be able to go out and have fun while motivated men earn money, then we'll be ripe for harvest when they're ready to settle down. OK.
What I want to hear from her is what all these women should be doing to prepare for all these purposeful men. Learning to be wives? abstaining too?
