Other groups don't vote. The ones who get shyt done have pacs. You see how Israel basically controls our government when there aren't that many Jewish voters to even make that possible on a voting perspective. Money is the deciding factor on if you will get anything. Votes don't help campaign funding. Lobbyists don't promise votes they give a tangible to get one in return. Black people still don't understand this basic concept.
