New York hip hop aint getting that lpve from either power or hot 97 so fukk it honestly. They stay playing ATL and West Coast artists now. Today's talent just dont have that hype to them from the city....and if they do they aint getting that promotion. The blogs will promote em. The message boards. The youtubes. The forums. Those stations pretty much betrayed hip hop for payola.

Ebro is a good interviewer and usually probes artists and challenges them. There have been some great interviews on there since he took over
Breakfast Club is better for more laid back, easy going banter. They rarely tackle any issues and stick to trending topics tho

Ya rosenberg is a total tool. Thinks he's a hip hop god cuz he works at a shytty radio station. Kids just a nerd, straight up. He thinks he's friends with all these artists. Like Naw dude. They just promoting the music. Ebro and rosenberg are like the ricki lake show on radio.

Rosenburg's comments about Chuck D were disrespectful and pathetic, and showed that he has no humility or wisdom.
One moment that stands out to me is when Ebro criticized Buckshot for a Boot Camp show being a "sausage party", as if he wanted them to all of the sudden make music for the ladies. I don't think I know one female who owns "Enta Da Stage", or even has Buckshot on their radar at all. And there's nothing wrong with that. Not everything's gotta be for all demographics. But Ebro has been sucking at the titty of this industry for so long that he's out of touch with why people like what they like, and sees things from a boardroom perspective. I doubt he even really knows what he likes, or is able to enjoy something for what it is.
It's obvious that both these bozos are real insecure and not comfortable in their own skin.
